We are an upscale residential architecture firm located on 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, FL and we’re currently seeking an Architectural Project Manager as well as an in-office admin/personal assistant. Architectural Project Manager: This is a key position on our team and requires excellent technical, organizational, time management, and communication skills. Applicants must be experienced with AutoCAD and must also possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). The duties of this position include working in CAD to produce Schematic and Construction Documents, attending and/or setting up meetings, performing Site Visits and other Construction Administration tasks, coordinating between clients , neighborhood associations, and contractors, writing correspondence and constructing invoices, etc. At least three years of experience is preferred. Photoshop and Revit experience is a plus.

Admin/Personal Assistant: This job is to assist the Principle Architect with day to day communications with clients, contractors and assist staff with the same. Must be knowledgeable with Office applications. This is an in-office part time position.

Job Type: Part-time, 3 days a week.
